Mindful Meditation will change the way you see yourself and the world you live in.
Do you spend your days living in the past or worrying about tomorrow? Are you focusing on what matters? Being mindful is focusing on a single object, which is our breath, and doing this brings us to the present moment. Meditation is a process that allows us to relax, focus, and bring awareness to the present through the use of our breath. In this practice, you will learn to listen to your heart and let go of the thoughts that run your life. To be still in your mind and to become fully present in the now. This practice is proven to reduce stress and anxiety and improves our attention to focus at work, school, and everyday life.
I have been practicing meditation for the last few years, even longer, but I did not know at the time what I was really doing! I became a certified teacher in Mindful Meditation in September of 2020; this journey has changed every aspect of how I live, breathe, and walk in the world. I would love to teach you how this practice can help reduce anxiety and stress and release your fears, bringing in more love, kindness, and living moments in the NOW! MINDFUL MEDITATION FOR KIDS
Today, our kids have more stress, anxiety, and worry than ever before. The mental health crisis in our country is at a record high, and many public schools have nothing in place to help our kids.
Mindful Meditation is proven to reduce stress and anxiety and increase the ability to focus, allowing more concentration for school work. Kids need to have a process to feel calm and peaceful, a place where they feel safe and free to be who they are. This practice can change how kids deal with all the challenges of life. Creating a kinder and more mindful community in school will enhance everyone’s life. A process that they will carry on throughout each stage of life.
